Thank you for visiting the Grand Prairie Housing & Neighborhood Services website. Below is our inaugural publication of the Grand Prairie Housing and Neighborhood Services (HNS) Annual Report. This publication is designed to be informative and give an overview of our areas of responsibility. HNS is primarily federally funded and responsible for the management of programs exceeding $30,000,000. We are very proud of the reputation we have achieved as a “High Performer” in the Housing industry; and we are just as proud of the rehabilitation services we provide to the citizens of Grand Prairie as demonstrated by being named a finalist for the 2018 Neighborhoods USA “Best Neighborhood Awards Program”.
