Program Year 2010 Sidewalk Repair Projects

The City of Grand Prairie’s Substantial Amendment for the PY2010 Sidewalk Repair Program is available for review and comment. The Amendment is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for proposed use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for repairing sidewalks within the City of Grand Prairie as identified in the 2010 Action Plan. The project allocation is $200,000.

The following (3) projects are included in the amendment with block numbers:

NE 18th Street Project, Census Tract 156.003
Budget amount is $37,436

NE 19th Street Project, Census Tract 156.003
Budget Amount is $44,225

SE 14th Street Project, Census 163.022
Budget Amount is $118,225

The amendment is available for review and public comment starting January 24, through February 24, for 30 days at and in the Housing and Neighborhood Services office at 205 W. Church Street, Grand Prairie, Texas 75050. Comments can be submitted by mail, e-mail, and phone. Offices are open Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 6:00pm, and on Fridays 7:30am to 12:00pm.
